Returns are accepted with original receipt and all original packaging.  Product must be in good condition.  We have had great success with Dogtra Products, however if the collar you receive is defective we will gladly replace it.

All products will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment.  We do offer 2nd day and overnight shipping for an increased rate.  Please contact us if you desire expedited service.
