this event is free of cost to all spectators. i am giving an open invitation for everyone to come on out and give your support. it is a short drive from springboro, about 30 miles. there is plenty to do in the area if you need to take a break from dogs. i do ask however, no dogs in the spectator area as this is a working dog event. shoot any questions you have here, and thomas, mike or i can give an answer. | |

home after the trial and the dust has settled. trialing a dog is a VERY nerve racking event. it is also very much fun. lots of work goes into getting ready and there is a lot of help along the way.
thanks to thomas (van hunter haus) for all your willingness to be punished time and time again. another big thanks for the gift of moses.
steve, a big thanks to all of your help, be it a word of advice or a phone call to keep me on the path.
mike, thanks for listening to all of my training problems and helping me keep things in perspective. your knowledge and motivation have been very helpful.
tim and eric, you guys have been tremendous training partners along the way.
thanks judy for coming out to support and braving the weather.
the trial was done spectacularly. S-O-P-S did a fantastic job and things went off without a hitch.
i realize i have some work to do and will continue to enjoy the journey.
next trial in columbus this august. hopefully not 90 degrees.
another shout out to amy for her incredible artistic ability with the camera. very appreciated.
there were some very nice dogs there and helps me stay focused to get better as a team.
give your dog a job, and he will thank you for it. be proud of all the things you have taught your dog be humble with all the things your dog has taught you.
